Kinetic IS provides
a purchasable Support Package for all of its software
at the rate of 18% per year.
The Amount for the support is based on the original purchase price. |
The term of the support is one year starting from the original purchase date. |

Support includes free
program upgrades that are released within
the support period as well as limited free
phone and email support. Bug fixes are available
to all users. Notifications of upgrades or
fixes will be done through email. |

Kinetic IS reserves
the right to charge for phone support when
we feel that it is being abused. The client
will be notified if this is the case and any
potential billing will be discussed beforehand.

Purchase of a Support
Package is not required and support is available
to clients, who have not purchased our support
package, at the following rates: |
